How to Book
Bookings must be made by phoning 0409 112 075. Please advise at the time of booking that you intend to use a gift voucher.

Presenting Your Voucher
Your voucher must be presented at your appointment and must be used before the expiry date.
Lost, damaged or expired vouchers cannot be replaced or redeemed.

Online Booking Restrictions
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed through the online booking system.
If an online booking is made, the treatment will be charged at full price and the voucher may be used at a later date.

Peak-Period Blackout Dates
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed during peak periods, including
Christmas holidays, New Year, long weekends and Easter.
Exceptions may be made for guests visiting from out of town—please enquire when booking.

Fees and Surcharges
A 10 dollar surcharge applies on Sunday appointments.

Cancellation Policy
All appointments require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or failure to attend will result in the full treatment fee being charged, and your voucher may be forfeited.
